Who can see it

Booking records are stored on this website’s hosting and are available to authorised staff through a login. They are not displayed on the public calendar or public website.

Messages and connected services

Email and WhatsApp delivery have not yet been enabled. This notice will be updated when those services are connected, including details of the providers used.

Access, corrections and deletion

Contact the site administrator through the contact details used to arrange your consultation to ask about your booking information. The administrator can review and remove records through the booking system. This site does not use booking details to subscribe you to marketing lists.
